Welcome to Krimson Products ("Krimson", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any product you purchase from us. By purchasing or using any product from Krimson, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use our products.
Krimson provides digital products and software access codes delivered electronically. These products are intended for single-user use only and are protected by license restrictions. All products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase unless otherwise stated.
All digital codes sold by Krimson are single-use, non-transferable, and non-shareable. Sharing, distributing, reselling, or attempting to reuse a code after activation is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of access, permanent banning from Krimson services, and revocation of active licenses without refund.
Before purchasing, customers must carefully read the product requirements, ensure their system meets all necessary specifications, and follow any instructions provided with the product. Failure to review requirements prior to purchase does not qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring their device, operating system, and environment meet all compatibility requirements.
Krimson provides live support to assist with troubleshooting. If a product appears not to work, the customer must contact Live Support and follow all troubleshooting steps provided by our team, allowing reasonable time for debugging and investigation. Failure to cooperate with troubleshooting may result in denial of support or refund requests.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In short: refunds are limited due to the digital nature of our products and are granted only at Krimson's discretion.
All products purchased from Krimson are licensed, not sold. Customers are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the product. The following are strictly prohibited:

Krimson does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party platforms, server outages, software updates, or external service disruptions.
Krimson is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or system issues resulting from misuse of our products. Products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law, including no guarantee against detection by any third-party anti-cheat system.
Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment disputes filed without first contacting support, abuse of refund policies, or unauthorized sharing of products, may result in immediate account termination, revocation of licenses, and a permanent ban from Krimson services.
Krimson reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
