All products sold by Krimson are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital code delivery, all sales are considered final unless the specific conditions below are met.
All codes are single-use, non-transferable, and non-shareable. Once delivered, a code is considered consumed and cannot be returned.
Refunds may be issued only at Krimson's discretion, and generally only if the product does not function as intended, the customer fully cooperates with our Live Support troubleshooting process, and the issue cannot be resolved after proper debugging.
Before a refund request is considered, the customer must read all product requirements, ensure their system meets compatibility specifications, contact Live Support, and follow all troubleshooting steps provided. Failure to meet these conditions will result in refund denial.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension, a permanent ban, and blacklisting from future purchases. Krimson reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting evidence.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we determine abuse of policy, repeated refund attempts, suspicious activity, or fraudulent behavior.
If approved, refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider. Processing times may vary.
Krimson reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
